01General Terms & Applicability

Baajiwalla (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions operate under an international gaming license and apply to all registered and unregistered users.

By using Baajiwalla, you confirm that:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are not located in a country where online betting is strictly prohibited
• You are betting with your own funds, not those of any third party
• You are using this platform voluntarily and with full awareness

02Account Registration & Verification

When creating an account on Baajiwalla, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is considered a breach of these terms.

Account Registration Rules:

• Each person may only create one account — opening multiple accounts using the same device, email address, or phone number is not permitted
• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Your account is strictly personal and may not be shared or sold to anyone else
• Keep your password confidential; you are solely responsible for the security of your account.

KYC Verification: To make a withdrawal or process transactions above a certain amount, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport. This is a requirement under international gaming regulations.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Baajiwalla supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. However, specific rules apply to every transaction.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300
• Maximum Single Deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal for verified accounts: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• BKash/Nagad/Rocket: 5–15 minutes; Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• If you have an active bonus, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baajiwalla offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: You are generally required to wager 10–30x the bonus amount before making a withdrawal
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through dishonest means will result in account closure.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time

05Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Baajiwalla:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the match or event begins.
• Live betting odds may change at any time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the original stake will be refunded
• Baajiwalla reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrectly published odds.
• The maximum stake per bet may vary depending on the event.

If a match is abandoned or postponed, Baajiwalla determines the outcome in accordance with international betting rules. Bets are generally voided if the match does not take place within 48 hours.

06Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions will result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Match Fixing: Influencing the outcome of any event or using insider information related to it
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to generate risk-free profit
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or scripts
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers
• Fraud: False identity, stolen payment methods, or fraudulent transactions
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities: Knowingly exploiting system bugs or errors

07Account Closure & Suspension

Baajiwalla reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend any account for any reason. Common grounds for account closure include:

• Terms Violation
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• User's own request (self-exclusion)

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, subject to applicable conditions.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted after 12 months.

08Limitation of Liability

Baajiwalla is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or delayed due to internet disconnection
• Issues with third-party software or devices
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access (e.g., sharing your password)
• Legal complexities related to betting in the user's country

Baajiwalla is committed to providing reliable service. However, technical maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruptions. We will endeavour to notify users in advance whenever possible.

09Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. Baajiwalla never sells your data to advertisers or third parties.

We use your information to:

• For account verification and security purposes
• For transaction processing
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations
• To personalise offers and improve our services (with your consent only)
